Charity Work

For many years Fresh has supported Hospitality Action, the hospitality industry benevolent charity, via various intiatives at exhibitions and evening events.

Fresh also works in partnership with the Springboard Charity, which focuses on helping disadvantaged young people enter the world of work. Springboard co-organises the Hotelympia 10k and Hotelympia's widely respected Student Visiting Programme.

As part of a committment to reducing waste of food and other materials associated with delivering an exhibition, Fresh co-ordinates a scheme at each of its shows, where exhibitors oonate unwanted materials to charities local to each venue. Organisations involved in this scheme include the Richard House Hospice for children in East London and Action Against Hunger.

At IFE13, we donated enough food to FareShare to provide approximately  82,818 meals for people in need.
