What was your favourite subject at school?
Maths, I’m a secret geek. That’s why I love spreadsheets and doing budgets.
What was your first-ever job?
Working in my Dad’s luxury chocolate shop, I quickly grew a taste for high quality chocolate, no Cadbury’s for me.
What was your worst ever job?
I also worked in my Dad’s takeaway - it was actually fun but I always left there with hair that smelt of a mix between kebabs, pizzas and grease - nice!
What is your favourite restaurant?
Le Relais de Venise in Marylebone Lane – you can’t beat a great steak frites drowned in their signature sauce, washed down with their fantastic house red.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life - what would it be?
It would be a Japanese banquet of Miso Soup, Chicken Gyoza and the piece de la resistance – teppanyaki Wagyu steak and maybe some garlic rice on the side.
What was the first music single you bought?
Mr Big - I'm the one who wants to be with you - cringe!
What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
Launching my own Tea business in the UK, I exhibited at most of our shows whilst trying to run them at the same time. Thankfully I have fantastic friends and family who helped out.
What is your motto in life?
Eat well, drink well and enjoy life.

The whole Fast & Furious franchise – fast cars – what's not to like?
What luxury would you have on your desert island?
A personal chef
What animal best reflects your personality and why?
My husband recently described me as a Butterfly - apparently I always float around and I’m usually happy – not sure I agree but I’ll go with that.
