What was your best subject at school?
What was your first-ever job?
I had a part-time job as a milkman and had to get up at 04.30 to deliver the milk around Godalming. Apart from the early start I loved it.
What was your worst ever job?
My first step into sales was selling photocopiers and faxes. Selling door-to-door at the beginning of the last recession, to businesses who had been been ripped off by my predecessors didn’t make for an enjoyable experience!
What is your favourite restaurant?
The Sherpa Kitchen in Esher. Fabulous and affordable food with the sort of outstanding service you would expect from a Nepalese restaurant.
What was the first music single you bought?
Walking on the Moon - The Police
What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
I worked for a recruitment company, found myself a job with one of my clients and still charged them the placement fee!
What is your motto in life?
Accept what you cannot change, change what you cannot accept.
What's your favourite movie and why?
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest - an emotional roller coaster and Jack Nicholson at his very best.
What luxury would you have on your desert island?
Ice cold beer

Brandon Flowers, lead singer with the Killers. Cool, edgy, immensely talented and living the dream!
